LeadGen AI Pro provides AI-powered lead generation, data enrichment, and campaign management services. The service is provided on a prepaid basis, where you purchase credits/wallet balance to access specific features and data.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment and Credits

Prepaid Model: Our services operate on a prepaid wallet system. You must add funds to your wallet before using paid features such as lead discovery or enrichment.

Non-Refundable: All payments made to recharge your wallet are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InfiniteAI Technology Private Limited and its licensors.

In no event shall InfiniteAI Technology Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
